Class-action condo suit?

Online poster invites owners to join suit.

Probably wasn't a very happy day for many residents of the Skyscape condos in downtown Minnepolis. After a story I wrote ran in Friday's paper about an upcoming auction of unsold units in the building a mysterious posting appeared on craigslist.org that invited owners in the building who are worried the auction might devalue their units to join a class-action lawsuit. A subsequent post warned prospective bidders not to buy because of the threat of that suit. Both posts have since been flagged and removed. Also heard rumor of an unfortunate and oddly timed paint spill in the Skyscape sales center. If you owned a condo in that building, how would you feel about the close-out auction?
