Class 2A quick hits

• Elissa Reinsma returns to the state meet after missing last season. The senior from Fulda/Murray County Central became the state's first female to qualify for state when she competed at 103 pounds in 2009. She is at the same weight this year.

• Foley and Scott West join Simley as Class 2A teams making their fourth consecutive trip to state. Foley was runner-up to Simley last season; Scott West has a 22-0 record.

• Monticello is at state for the second time; its first appearance was in 1981.

• A colossal clash could be on tap at heavyweight. Defending champion Austin Goergen of Caledonia/Houston is on the opposite side of the bracket of Perham's Jesse Hein, who was fourth last year. The two juniors are the only unbeaten heavyweights.

• Only five other wrestlers enter the meet undefeated, all at different weights.
