Class 1A upset: Rushford-Peterson 71, Springfield 63

Upset in 1A quarterfinals.

Rushford-Peterson, which came into the Class 1A boys' basketball tournament with a 15-14 record, knocked off Springfield 71-63 in the quarterfinals at Williams Arena. Springfield came in with just one loss. Kasey Ollof and Blake Lea combined for 42 points and made 9 of 13 three point attempts for R-P in the victory.
