The two candidates remained virtually tied after three ballots, and delegates adjourned with no endorsement.

A story on Page A1 Feb. 15 on aid to disabled Minnesotans should have said that people who do not receive help through a Medicaid waiver are eligible for a separate, generally smaller array of services from the state, such as personal care aides and transportation assistance.
