Cities 97 has released the track list for its upcoming "Sampler Vol. 21" album, with the Fray, Jason Mraz, Ingrid Michaelson, Rob Thomas and Adele among the 20 featured acts. The single-disc set will go on sale in Target stores at 8 a.m. on Nov. 19 for $24.97 and probably sell out within a couple hours. As with all fundraiser CDs like this, there's a limit on how many can be manufactured (about 30,000). After last year's flush 20th anniversary edition, the all-time "Sampler" fundraising mark for local charities is set to cross $8 million this year. Wow, how cool is that?

All the tracks were recorded live in the station's Studio C, and they're usually "unplugged" versions. The Jayhawks (with Mark Olson) played "Two Hearts" when they reunited for the Basilica Block Party in July. Newcomer Meredith Fierke is another local act featured on the disc. Here's everything that's on it:

Jason Mraz – 1,000 Things Ingrid Michaelson – Maybe Rob Thomas – Her Diamonds Donovan Frankenreiter – Life, Love & Laughter Erin McCarley – Pitter Pat Eric Hutchinson - OK, It's Alright With Me Snow Patrol – Crack the Shutters Matt Nathanson – All We Are The Fray – You Found Me Cary Brothers – Blue Eyes Adele – Right as Rain Jakob Dylan – Something Good This Way Comes Parachute – She is Love James Morrison – Nothing Ever Hurt Like You Tyrone Wells – More Amos Lee – What's Been Goin' On The Jayhawks – Two Hearts Mat Kearney – Closer To Love Meredith Fierke – Train's Son Ray LaMontagne – You Are The Best Thing
