Walker Art Center has taken two Minnesotan institutions – dairy products and exercise – and made them codependent. "Feel the Churn" classes, part of the Walker's Cabin fever series of free activities, will be led at 6 and 8 p.m. Thursday Jan. 30 in the Medtronic Gallery by a pair of L.A.-based musicians (Jimmy Fusil and Mike Wait) known as Pop Soda. The more you shake your groove things, the denser the cream in those jars becomes until....it's butter.

The stated goal is "to spread the physical delight of artisan practices with a participatory audience, combining food science with music, exercise, performance, and community." How about just "eat and repeat"?
