Chuck Palahniuk's new novel, "Damned" is out today. Its publisher is Doubleday. The bookjacket in the United States is at right. The jacket art in Poland is below.
The novel is a picaresque in which 13-year-old Madison, the daughter of a billionaire and a movie star, lands in Hell and narrates her story from there.
Palahniuk says that for the first time in his dozen novels, "Damned" will become a trilogy, to be followed by "Doomed" and "Delivered."
Palahniuk's 13-city tour for "Damned" is underway, and has a stop in St. Paul on Nov. 17 as part of theTalking Volumes book club. He will talk with Kerri Miller, meet fans and sign copies of his new book.
