Surdyk's Flights offers a pair of well-conceived turkey sandwiches: a baguette swiped with aioli and quince paste and stuffed with roast turkey and manchego cheese, and a panini built with roast turkey, apples, red onion and lingonberry sauce. Enjoy them with one of a dozen wine flights.
