The deli hot bar at the Seward Co-op is going to be celebrating the holiday with an array of turkey-and-trimmings dishes (plus vegetarian and vegan options), priced at $7.99 per pound. All items are sold for takeout or dine-in and are served 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What rule says Thanksgiving can't be enjoyed at a casino? At the Buffet at Mystic Lake, traditionalists can opt for turkey, sage stuffing, candied sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie, or they can fill their trays with dozens of other around-the-world options, from pork chow mein to smoked salmon. $19.95 adults, $11.95 for ages 4 to 11, free for ages 3 and under. At Faces Mears Park (as the name suggests, the restaurant overlooks Lowertown's pretty Mears Park), chef/co-owner David Fhima is offering a festive three-course meal ($30) that's also available a la carte: cinnamon-clove soup ($8), roast turkey with corn hash and potato mousseline ($19) and pumpkin cheesecake ($9), served from 4 to 10 p.m. Reservations suggested, but walk-ins are welcome.
