Bench coachJoe Vavra: The holdover from Gardenhire's staff has been a Twins coach since 2006, and has nine seasons of minor league managing on his résumé.
First base coachButch Davis: A 20-year minor league coaching veteran in the Orioles system, he will handle outfield, baserunning and bunting with the Twins.
