Justin Morneau played in all 163 games for the Twins in 2008. But he has missed significant time each year since:

2009: Played in 135 of the team's first 142 games but missed the final 20, along with the playoffs, because of a stress fracture in his back.

2010: Played 81 of the first 84 games but missed the final 78 because of a concussion.

2011: Has been limited to 69 games because of neck surgery, a strained wrist and a concussion.
