Chart: MLB's winter meetings at a glance

The MLB winter meetings begin Monday in Nashville.

December 6, 2015 at 11:57PM

When, where: Monday through Thursday at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville

Why: It's an opportunity for teams to meet with agents and with other teams about potential deals. There will be meetings about rules and regulations. The meetings conclude Thursday with the annual Rule 5 draft.

Twins' offseason to-do list

Settle the catching situation: They traded for John Ryan Murphy, a promising prospect. Check.

Add another bat: The Twins signed Korean slugger Byung Ho Park on Wednesday. Check.

Find bullpen help: The search continues.

Get a player in the Rule 5 draft: That might not happen. The Twins draft 17th, and they would have to make a trade to move up in the order if there's someone they like. They also have all spots on their 40-man roster filled, and would have to take someone off to make room. They could be active in the minor league phase of the draft.
