NEXT OPPONENT:
SEATTLE (4-3)
The Seahawks are unbeaten at home. RB Marshawn Lynch was tied with Adrian Peterson for third in the NFL in rushing with 652 yards entering play Thursday.
SEAHAWKS WEEK 8
Seattle at Detroit, noon Sunday
The Seahawks have an extra three days to prepare after losing at San Francisco 13-6 in the Thursday game last week. The Seahawks are 0-3 on the road, also losing at Arizona and St. Louis.
WHAT TO WATCH FOR
Seahawks QB Russell Wilson
A rookie from Wisconsin, Wilson won the starting job in training camp by beating out ex-Viking Tarvaris Jackson and ex-Packer Matt Flynn. He has eight TD passes and seven interceptions.
OUTLOOK
The Seahawks have the fifth-ranked defense in the NFL, and the Vikings' occasional offensive issues aren't likely to get better in noisy CenturyLink Field. Outlook: Horns down.
