A vehicle on fire is blocking the right shoulder of southbound Hwy. 100 near France Avenue in Brooklyn Center. Traffic is backed up to Brooklyn Blvd.

No surprises on southbound 35W where traffic is building from Lexington Avenue to Hwy. 280. Speeds are around 35 mph.
