Mikhail Baryshnikov once called Aszure Barton "one of the most innovative choreographers of this generation." And now the Canadian choreographer makes her Minnesota debut with "Awáa," a show that promises to transport audiences to an underwater dream. The dancers move as if in water, set to a score marked by drumming and strings, while projected videos wash over their bodies. (8 p.m. Sat., Northrop, Mpls., $25-$50, 612-624-2345, northrop.umn.edu.).
