Cameron's Coffee has increased its warehouse space in Shakopee as its sales have continued to grow, especially online.
Cameron's signed a lease renewal and expansion for close to 75,500 square feet at its warehouse at the Park 2000 business park near Hwy. 169, close to the company's headquarters.
The agreement expands its space by more than 7,000 square feet. The warehouse is mostly used for finished goods storage and order fulfillment.
"Cameron's is currently the nation's fastest growing coffee brand of size and has a rapidly growing website business. … We expect continued growth as we expand the brand nationally," said Rob Bunten, chief financial officer for Cameron's Coffee.
Cameron's, represented by CBRE, negotiated the lease with Liberty Property Trust, which owns the building.
