Rapper/actor Ice Cube thrilled 30,000 hip-hop fans last weekend at Soundset in Shakopee. He's filming the comedy "Barbershop 3" now but spoke of his admiration for a recent bio-pic.

"A lot of people didn't like 'Get On Up,' the James Brown movie, but I liked it a lot. I think it offered a lot of insight into what made the man the man that he was. I don't understand why people weren't really satisfied with it. I learned a lot from it and really just found it interesting."
