Twin Cities crooner/DJ Arne Fogel spends a lot of time talking on his radio show about legends of the past, like Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra. But Fogel, who performs Dec. 17 at Hell's Kitchen in Minneapolis, isn't opposed to checking out some more modern artists.
