C.J.: Another naked story from the Favre file?

January 19, 2011 at 10:11PM

That's definitely not Brett Favre's naked torso in the Deadspin.com picture.

The website that broke the Jenn Sterger-Favre story and the Favre and Jets' masseuses stories now claims Brett was inappropriate with a Minnesota sports massage therapist.

Stephanie Dusenberry, owner of Therapist of Pro Athletes, is claiming Favre and other Vikings sent her lewd texts and made unwanted advances.

As evidence of the allegations, Dusenberry provided deadspin with a picture.

It shows a black guy -- you'll remember Favre is not -- holding a phone, presumably in front of a mirror, that is capturing his naked torso and a hint of the 50-yard line.

According to Dusenberry, who did not return a Tuesday phone call, this is running back Albert Young, whom I asked the Vikings to reach for comment Wednesday.

Young's 2010 stats --13 carries, 29 yards, 0 touchdowns -- explain why I never heard of him while giving the phrase "Young's Fantasy Stats" new meaning. Young clearly had time on his hands because he wasn't that busy on the field, but that's not proof he's so proud of his body that he's sending out photos.

Favre, according to what Dusenberry told deadspin, pathetically tried to entice her with this line: You don't know what it's like to not be touched by a woman in three weeks. And according to deadspin, that was not Favre's FINAL attempt at a pass Dusenberry's way. She eventually became so creeped out, she contacted the Eden Prairie police.

There is disagreement on the pages of the sports gossip website between Dusenberry's and Officer Jerrad Biggar regarding whether she ever mentioned the now-retired QB by name.

Eden Prairie public info officer Katie Beal gave this statement Wednesday: "The public information that we have about the call that she placed to the police department says that she phoneed on Sept. 3, 2010. She did talk with Officer Biggar. He assisted and advised her regarding harassing communication. That's all that I have about that call."

Dusenberry, who worked for the Vikings before starting her own business, according to deadspin, reportedly cried when Favre allegedly became inappropriate because she's a Brett fan. Inappropriate behavior from clients is an occupational hazard, Dusenberry told deadpsin, while mentioning the names of former Vikings Dwight Smith and Aundrae Allison. But some players were never a inappropriate, said Dusenberry noting the professional behavior of former Viking Chester Taylor and Tarvaris Jackson.

The flakiest part of Dusenberry's story, as told to the sports gossip website, is that she did not save the texts from Favre. She is reportedly trying to have them retrieved through her cell phone logs. Her legal rep, former U.S. Attorney lawyer Jon Hopeman, is definitely not flaky (although he did not return my Wednesday call).

There are probably many more stories in the naked city about emotionally immature pro athletes who, looking beyond their navel like a 2-year-old, discover something they think is worthy of capturing in pictures. Because I abide by the code of locker room conduct that requires media to look athletes in the eyes, not the abs or other parts, I can't tell whose torso that is in the photo. But there is a tattoo on the upper left arm that could be used for identification purposes.
