Buying and rehabbing vacant homes in Minneapolis

The Minneapolis Homes Buy-Build-Rehab program provides a range of opportunities to own a home in Minneapolis.

People can buy move-in-ready existing homes or new construction, or purchase a vacant city-owned lot on which to build a home.

Joanne Kuria used the rehab part of the program and purchased a vacant city-owned home to fix up.
