If you buy this house in Golden Valley, the sellers will leave a bright red sports car in the garage. Anything to attract a buyer, right? I've written about such incentives before, including a free-farm-house-with-purchase-of-land, but I thought that this one was worth noting because at $393,500, this recently remodeled house is only about $150,000 more than a real Lamborghini Diablo would have cost new. Lamborghini doesn't make the Diablo anymore and this one is a re-creation by a local custom car builder. Jeremy Rock, the sales agent at Lakes Area Realty who has the listing, says that while you're not getting a V-12 engine that can crack 200 MPH, your oil change will cost $30 at a quick-lube shop rather than $700. The car, which is on a hand-built chassis, is valued at about $60,000 and went fender-to-fender with a real Diablo on Speed Channel. "It held its own on the track," Rock said.
