Buses are substituting for light-rail trains between the Mall of America and Franklin Avenue. Ice has covered power lines and trains are unable to move.

Buses are substituting for light-rail trains between the Mall of America and Franklin Avenue. Ice has covered power lines and trains are unable to move.

Minnesota Valley Transit Authority buses are running on time as of 5:40 a.m., but stay tuned as there could be delays as the rush hour rolls on.

The same is true on SouthWest Transit.
