Brooklyn Park police are investigating the death of a 6-year-old child who was found unconscious Saturday evening.
Officers were dispatched to the 9200 block of Queens Garden N. after receiving a report of an unconscious child. Upon arrival, emergency responders gave the child medical aid.
The child was then taken to an area hospital where he or she later died.
The victim has not been identified.
