Brooklyn Center man dies days after motorcycle-pedestrian crash

A Brooklyn Center man died Sunday afternoon, four days after he was hit by a motorcycle at Brooklyn Boulevard and County Road 10, the Hennepin County medical examiner's office said.

The victim, a pedestrian, was identified as James Robert Smith, 34. He was taken to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale after the accident.

Police are still investigating the incident.
