NEW YORK — The Kit Kat Klub is hitting the road.

Roundabout Theatre Company said Thursday its revival of the revival of "Cabaret" will launch a tour in January 2016 and visit over 20 cities in North America. Details will be revealed later.

"Cabaret" centers on the world of the indulgent Kit Kat Klub in Berlin as it becomes intertwined with the world outside, which gets more precarious on the brink of World War II. The songs by John Kander and Fred Ebb include "Willkommen" and "Tomorrow Belongs to Me."

The current Broadway revival, which teams up performer Alan Cumming, director Sam Mendes and choreographer Rob Marshall and the creative team from the 1998 revival, has been a hit, starring Michelle Williams and now Emma Stone.
