Farmington City Council members have decided to put the "For Sale" sign back up on the old Rambling River senior center building at 431 3rd St.
A local buyer agreed to buy the property last year, but the deal didn't come together fast enough for anxious council members, said City Administrator Peter Herlofsky.
Last year, city officials relocated the senior center from the building to the old city hall site at 325 Oak St.
The move provided more space for users and an escape from a mold problem at the old facility.
The council did not set a timeline for selling the building, Herlofsky said.
