Overheating should be the least of worries for marathon runners in Boston on Monday. A chilly, easterly wind reaching 20 to 25 mph whipping in from the cold Atlantic Ocean will confine high temperatures to the mid-40s. Clouds hanging overhead will begin to spill rain in the afternoon, although the competition may draw to a close before any rain begins to fall.
