Boone Avenue construction underway

Two Metro Transit routes will be on detour due to construction on Boone Avenue between Bass Lake Road and 54th Av. N.

Construction was to have began on the segment of Boone Avenue between Bass Lake Road and 54th Avenue N. There also will be some closures on E. Research Center Road.

For the next two months, Metro Transit Routes 755 and 756 will be on detour. No buses will operate on E. Research Center Rd. between Boone Ave. and International Pkwy. nor on Boone Ave. between 54th Ave. N. and Bass Lake Rd.

All afternoon Route 755/756 buses will begin/end their afternoon trips on westbound Science Center Rd. just west of International Pkwy.

All morning 755/756 buses will end/ begin their trips on eastbound Science Center Rd. just west of International Pkwy. Customers wishing to board an afternoon Route 755 should wait on westbound Science Center Rd. at International Pkwy. The stop on westbound Science Center just past Boone Ave. will be used only for afternoon 756 drop-off and for morning Route 755 drop-off. During ALL phases of construction, the bus stop on southbound Boone at Science Center Rd. will be closed. All Inbound Route 756 should board on eastbound Science Center Rd. at Boone Ave.
