The body of an unidentified man was being pulled out of the Mississippi River near the Ford Dam about 10 a.m. Friday, law enforcement officals said.
The identity of the man was unknown, said Randy Gustafson, spokesman for theRamsey County Sheriff's Office.
Police and fire departments from both St. Paul and Minneapolis were at the scene.
