A woman whose body was found under a pontoon boat in the Mississippi River near Winona, Minn., has been identified as a group-home resident who had been missing since late last month, authorities said Thursday.

Medical examiners used dental and X-ray records to identify 28-year-old Anna Christine Mulkey, police Sgt. Chris Nelson said. Mulkey's identity was verified on Wednesday.

Nelson said that "not a thing" leads police to believe that foul play was involved in Mulkey's death.

Authorities do not know why Mulkey left the home.

Mulkey's body was found Sunday by a camper under a boat docked at the Pay-Mor Campground marina on Hwy. 61 south of Winona.

Mulkey left her group home either late July 27 or early the next morning and left behind medication for two health conditions. She also did not take with her any money, her checkbook, bank card or her driver's license, police said.
