Dakota County is on track to record its fourth consecutive annual decline in foreclosures on residential and commercial properties, according to figures from the Dakota County Community Development Agency.
Sheriff's sales totaled 769 through the end of September, the agency's foreclosure summary report said. That's about half the 1,525 recorded for all of 2012 and substantially less the 1,985 recorded for 2011 and 2,147 recorded for 2010.
The report didn't break out how many of the foreclosures were homes or how many were commercial or industrial buildings.

The clinic offers a wide variety of skin rejuvenation treatments, including chemical peels and microdermabrasion. It also provides several nonsurgical facial treatments, like Botox and fillers, as well as lasers and other nonsurgical procedures to reduce body fat.
The Burnsville office is in the Nicollet Plaza building on Travelers Trail, in front of the strip mall anchored by Cub Foods.
