Birth of a Wildcat: Watch Tony Sparano's Dolphins take apart the Patriots

In 2008, when Tony Sparano was head coach of the Miami Dolphis, his staff set about adapting a college football formation to the NFL.

What became widely known as the Wildcat formation made its debut in a surprising 38-10 victory over the New England Patriots.

Here are the highlights from the game, including the announcers trying to explain what was happening on the field -- a formation that was adapted by other teams but has since slowly receded from the pros.
