Here's the basics: a guy "hacked" the Twitter account belonging to a Bieber pal. Either Bieber or one of his minions found the guy's phone number - and Justin posted it to his own Twitter, telling his fans it was his number:
Of course . . . they did. A lot. And of course . . . we have the footage the victim shot of his phone getting swamped by calls and texts from fans who thought he was Justin. (h/t Switched.)
If we can use Bieber's audience to mount concentrated denial-of-service attacks on enemy computers in time of war, we may be on to something.
