Afternoon commuters could run into road closures and lane restrictions as Vice President Joe Biden stops in Minneapolis for a private Democratic National Committee fundraiser.

The biggest disruptions may come in the city's North Loop neighborhood where Biden will appear at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Bachelor Farmer restaurant on 2nd Avenue N. across from the Federal Reserve Building.

The restaurant is owned by the sons of Gov. Mark Dayton.
