Vice President Joe Biden is coming to Minneapolis Wednesday for a $10,000-a-couple fundraiser for the Obama Victory Fund, according to an official at the Democratic National Committee (DNC). The DNC official did not disclose the hosts, but Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) reports that the event is being hald at the home of Dean and Karin Phillips.
