Minnesotans love the hops. The state is chock-a-block with great IPAs. But the best local IPA rides in on a cool breeze from the Pacific Northwest. Steel Toe brewer Jason Schoneman honed his skills at the famous Pelican Pub & Brewery in Pacific City, Ore. His Size 7 IPA reflects the hop-drenched sensibilities of that region.
