Seemingly out of nowhere, fried chicken has become all the rage. Chef Thomas Boemer is killing it, fried chicken-wise, at his just-opened Revival, offering it a few ways, including a straight-up (and superb) Southern fried version, as well as "Tennessee hot," which more than lives up to its billing.
