Berrian, E.J. Henderson, Winfield not practicing

The three veterans are not taking part in today's practice at Winter Park.

It comes as no surprise that cornerback Antoine Winfield (right foot) and wide receiver Bernard Berrian (left hamstring) aren't taking part in today's practice as the Vikings prepare to play Green Bay on Sunday, but the fact middle linebacker E.J. Henderson also is sitting this one out caught us off guard.

Berrian and Henderson went through stretching with the team but then did some running under the watchful eye of athletic trainer Eric Sugarman as individual drills began. Winfield, who missed last Sunday's game at Pittsburgh after suffering an injury to his right foot a week earlier, isn't on the field and it seems extremely doubtful he will play at Lambeau Field.

Also sitting out today, and not on the field, was defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy. We'll have to wait for the injury report to come out later today to know exactly what's wrong with Henderson and Kennedy.
