The Benton County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a gunshot victim in a mobile home park in Rice.
Tammra Baker, 44, was found dead about 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Rockwood Estates Mobile Home Park, 11000 U.S. Hwy. 10.
Authorities had received a call reporting that Baker was the victim of a gunshot wound. An autopsy was performed, but officials said Friday that the manner of death hadn't yet been determined.
Sheriff's office officials said that the death was still part of "an open and active investigation," but information so far indicated no threat to the public.
