Remember when "local craft beer" pretty much meant Summit and a couple of brewpubs? That was only a few years ago. It might have been easier to keep tabs on the beer scene back then, but we're not longing for simpler times. Circa 2012, the Twin Cities are in the midst of a suds-soaked renaissance, with hundreds of metro-made beers contending for your quaffing. But who has time to taste them all? Well, we do -- the vast majority of them, anyway -- so we've compiled this categorized road map to 27 of the best currently available Minnesota brews.
