Rep. Michele Bachmann's presidential papers were hand-delivered to the Federal Election Committee at 4:40 p.m. on Monday, marking the official start to her candidacy.
Bachmann signed her papers on June 8, five days before they were filed. The campaign, Bachmann for President, has a Woodbury P.O. Box listed as its address.
The filing is not yet posted to the FEC website because paper copies were delivered, an FEC spokeswoman said. The FEC provided a copy to Hot Dish.
