In a sign she's gearing up for some sort of race in 2012, Rep. Michele Bachmann has already raised north of $100,000 since the Nov. 2 election through the end of 2010.

Bachmann raised $102,000 in the final two months of the year, according to federal election filings submitted Monday. Most of the contributions came in small donations of less than $200.

While Bachmann's latest figures don't quite match her record-shattering pace during the 2010 campaign, they are a sign that her fundraising machine is still fully operational.

Bachmann had just shy of $2 million in the bank at the end of 2010 – money she could use for her own reelection, a Senate run or a presidential bid.

The Minnesota Republican has also spent $360,000 since the election on campaign-related activities. That includes costs of more than $63,000 on fundraising efforts.
