Coming off a frenzied week of recrimination after her attacks on Muslims in the upper echelons of government, Minnesota Republican Michele Bachmann found some solace Wednesday in being named one of Capitol Hill's "50 Most Beautiful People." The Hill newspaper's designation praises Bachmann ("Almost President, Almost Swiss") for upping her sartorial game during her unsuccessful bid for the presidency, when she hired Fox News Channel makeup artist Tamara Robertson to help with her look. The nod comes days after Bachmann made the Washington Post's "Worst Week in Washington" feature for the contretemps surrounding her Muslim Brotherhood accusations against State Department official Huma Abedin and Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison. The paper ranked her 10th. But she still declined to be interviewed.
