Michele Bachmann's campaign is hitting the road.

The Stillwater Republican's campaign announced today that they will be touring the district in a bannered campaign bus (pictured above), including stops this week in Woodbury, Anoka, Hugo and Waite Park. There will be a second tour in September.

It's the third fourth bannered campaign vehicle to make an appearance this election season. Republicans Lee Byberg, Tom Emmer and Chip Cravaack also have vehicles (below).

UPDATE: Bachmann's challenger Tarryl Clark's campaign responds by asserting that Bachmann has kept her distance from constituents over the recess. "A carefully staged bus tour can't cover the fact that Bachmann's focus is not on the people of the 6th District," writes campaign manager Zach Rodvold.
