Time Magazine has made Rep. Michele Bachmann a poster child for the uncivil sound bite culture that has overtaken Washington, D.C.

In a piece in this week's issue, the Republican Sixth District congresswoman and Democratic Florida Rep. Alan Grayson are featured as "this year's two great breakout stars of partisanship" as "the darlings of their respective ideological camps."

The story is written as a takedown, but it's also yet another piece of evidence that Bachmann's national profile continues to rise. You can read the whole thing here.
