Bachmann gets talking part in RNC jobs offensive

Minnesota Republican one of the party's featured faces and voices

Minnesota Republican Michele Bachmann has a feature role Thursday in a Republican National Committee (RNC) online forum taking on the Obama administration on jobs and the economy.

Answering critics' questions about whether the Republican establishment in Washington really wants the outspoken conservative to be the face – or one of the faces – of the party, the RNC put Bachmann front and center on its special new presentation. She appears alongside RNC Chairman Michael Steele, House Republican Leader John Boehner, House GOP Whip Eric Cantor and other GOP notables. After their Nov. 5 health care rally on Capitol Hill, maybe someone noticed she can draw a crowd.
