Authorities recover body from Mississippi River in Minneapolis

Authorities recovered a body from the Mississippi River in Minneapolis on Monday night.

Minneapolis firefighters and the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Water Patrol Unit responded to the report of a body in the river near the Franklin Avenue bridge just before 7:30 p.m.

No other details or the identity of the person were released Monday night.
