Authorities ID victim in Shakopee motorcycle crash

Authorities on Sunday identified the man who died in a south metro motorcycle crash on Saturday.

Kimsour Heng, 53, of Savage, died after he lost control of his motorcycle, according to the State Patrol.

He was the only person involved. He hit a guardrail while trying to enter southbound Hwy. 169 in Shakopee about 3:30 p.m., according to the patrol. He was wearing a helmet.

No alcohol was found in his system, according to the patrol.
