Authorities on Tuesday identified the speeding driver who crashed his SUV just south of Lake Phalen in St. Paul and was killed early Monday.
Anthony L.L. Bryant, 23, of St. Cloud, died shortly before 1 a.m. near the intersection of Johnson Parkway and Maryland Avenue, police said.
Bryant was thrown from the wreckage, according to police.
Officers at the scene took turns doing chest compressions on Bryant until emergency responders arrived and pronounced him dead.
