Auditions for "The Real World" in Minneapolis

The long-running reality series looks for cast members for 27th season.

MTV's "The Real World" has never been set in the Twin Cities (and probably never will be), but that doesn't mean we don't have to do our part. Open auditions for the 27th season will be held from 11 a.m-6 p.m. on Oct. 26 at Blarney Pub & Grill, 412 14th Ave. SE. You must be 20 or older and at least look like you're between the ages of 20-24. What else can give you an edge?

"We look for characters from real life; people with strong personalties who are unafraid to speak their minds," said Jonathan Murray, executive producer for "The Real World."

Hmmmm. Now if only I looked under the age of 24...
